Flows smoothly in an airbrush; adheres to the surface and dries perfectly with a soft finish. Holds firmly all kind of weathering products.

May be diluted with RC701/RC702 High Compatibility Thinner or other thinners intended for lacquer based paints.

A good match to one of the colors in the camouflage scheme of carrier-based aircraft used by the US Navy & USMC from January 1943 until March 1944 (fighters)/June 1944 (effectively October 1944; other aircraft types).
One of the colors used in the so-called Heather-Ferris Scheme evaluated by the US Navy in 1983-1984.
A fair match for the 5-0 Ocean Grey factory finish color of the amphibious tractors (amtracs) such as the LVT-2 and the amphibious tanks such as the LVT(A)-1 used by the USMC during the World War II in the Pacific theatre of operations.
Also used in some USAF aggressor schemes (F-16C).
